jaclyn graduated from salisbury university in 2010 with a bachelor of arts in communication arts with an emphasis in public relations and a minor in marketing management. after gaining some experience in the professional world, jaclyn pursued her education further and obtained a master of science in management with an emphasis in public relations in 2016.
